The mattress was horrible and two days later my ribs are still hurting. The pillows are made for a freakin giant and extremely uncomfortable. My tv didn’t work and no one would help me because there was no staff just one lonely college kid. There were stains on the towels and someone needs to clean the corners and behind the toilet and along the baseboard in the bathroom.
